The hotel's rooms were well-equipped, clean, and neatly arranged, with very friendly and helpful staff. However, the room was not ready for us upon our return at 4:15 pm. The location is excellent, right in Center City across from the Reading Terminal Market, but noise from adjacent rooms can be a nuisance. The dining experience lacked variety and freshness in the food served. Overall, a mixed but decent stay considering the value for money.
